Back Blip 13/05/18 - Solitary Bees

We've had solitary bees nesting in the holes underneath our picnic table for years. There seems to be more of them this year, so Rik drilled holes in a few odd bits of timber and put them under the table.
As you can imagine a lot of investigating has been going on and
there was even a fight over this hole, with one bee pulling another out of the hole and then taking it over.

Update Tuesday 15/05/18 the hole has been filled with mud.
