Glorious

A beautiful day so another walk in the bluebell woods was on the cards.  It was looking quite lovely and Flossie enjoyed all the smells as we wandered along the little tracks.  The bird song was magnificent and we even came across a deer on the track... it spotted us and eventually decided we had come close enough and bounded in to the thicker woodland.  As l passed where it had been l peered into the trees only to see standing about 20 feet away watching me!!  A nice moment of connection before we both ambled off in different directions. 

The decorator is going to come back in June to paint the attic rooms.  We havent really been able to use them since last year when we had the roof and the windows replaced.  Now that l have finally got the windows plastered up and finished off it is time for the painter.. then a rethink on the furnishings and we will be able to have visitors up there again.. yippee!!
