Pelicans @ Pelican

Bad Hamish couldn't help himself and chased these Pelicans off. Confused? Pelican is a suburb on the shores of Lake Macquarie which has a good boat ramp and park, a Marine Rescue centre and a nice restaurant not to mention a rissole club (RSL) and marina.

He really was protecting his fishing rights as he patrols the shoreline looking for little fish to chase and the pelicans got easily away and in fact hung around, ok swam around, a sure sign they were not too stressed. A nice end to a busy week.
