Farewell Scotland

Another lovely morning which we spent in Oban.

Drove in to fill up with petrol and then had a wander around the harbour. Saw three ferries coming and going, could have jumped on any of them in this weather!
Sat outside overlooking Argyll Square having a coffee before going up to Pulpit Hill for a view over the town and out to Mull, where we were heading just over a week ago.
A kind gentlemen offered to take a picture of the two of us, quite appropriate as it is, unbelievably, 50 years ago today since we met.

A lovely journey all the way home. Sunshine and blue skies and no hold ups till we got to Skipton where the bypass was closed. Chaos! Still were home now and I'm sure we will soon be planning our return! Thank you for all your comments, stars and hearts while we've been away, clear that many of you love this scenery as much as we do.

Meanwhile .... Grace, John and Eda were up Stac Pollaidh!!
