called in to see me today unfortunately I was in bed but I came downstairs & he stayed for lunch with us. Good to see my old mate as always....

He helped C dig out my wheelchair from the shed. Its is a bit dusty but still serviceable.

Rang the H Centre this am to speak to Steph (Physio). She wasn't in today & so I will ring tomorrow for some exercises that I could do.....
