On the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, in daylight, the city looks almost back to normal. Of course, this photo would be much more dramatic at night with half the skyline still in darkness. And I was able to shoot this pic while driving because traffic was barely moving. I feel incredibly lucky to have come through without serious damage to body or possessions. One of the more difficult parts is seeing the devastation all around us.
