Lead with Love

A rare day with no guests and few staff. I took advantage of the empty office, and therefore space to spread out, to have a go at some of the Accredited Practitioner of the IOL award I'm working through. Specifically thinking about leadership, coaching and my approach towards it. A number of people who I respect greatly and am privileged to learn from have big, inspiring, weighty paragraphs on this. I've got as far as the small but mighty challenging,
