Memorial

This is Camelon War Memorial - it lists all people from the village who lost their lives in WW1, WW2 and (in the case of my dad’s brother Private Steven) in Korea.

The area has a long history of foundry and metal so it is very apt that the memorial is built in iron. Only 2 years old, it already looks well worn in and I like that.
