Dog tags

Had a massage tonight after work. Hurt a lot this time as I have damaged the ligaments holding the muscle to the shine bone. Got some rock tape to see if that will help. Only a few weeks to go before the big race. Just hope I can patch myself up enough to get to the start line. Kilda’s new dog tags arrived today.
