University Day Out

Started the morning with Parkrun. Ran round with MrsT trying to encourage her to a new PB and sub 30.

Result! She stomped in at a fabulous 29:24 so both targets smashed! Well done MrsT.

I then finished off digging the holes for the gymnastics posts which we’ll cement in tomorrow.

I then jumped on the 2pm train to meet my Napier Uni class mates at the Jolly Botonist in Edinburgh.

Had a really fab day / night drinking gin cocktails and chatting away from the stresses of marketing and change management topics lol....

Got the 11pm train home and surprisingly sober (ish) for a full days drinking.

Back home L had friend A on a sleepover.
