World Bonsai Day, 2018

   Today is World Bonsai Day, all around the world!   The nursery owners, where I  am learning this form of horticulture and art,  have, for 4 years now, hosted a A Customer Appreciation Day with World Bonsai Day.   There were approximately 120 people there to enjoy a day filled with guest speakers, demonstrations, techniques, friendship, laughter, and fun!
   The posted pic is a contemporary bonsai created by one of the bonsai enthusiasts that has been enjoying the art form for 2 yrs now.  The extra shows the participants, following the demo and enjoying the talk by the speaker.
