Nest Duty
Mama house sparrow keeping her 5 eggs warm. Apparently house sparrows only incubate for 2 weeks, so within a week or so I hope there are little peepers under her! It took a while before she would stay on the nest when I approached, but I think after me doing it multiple times a day for the last week, she is finally convinced I am not going to get her.
Ducklings are all doing well and growing like weeds! I put them onto shavings today, I just hope they don't actually eat any -_- So far they just seemed curious about it.
Mr. Badger and I got rid of a bureau that was falling apart and I went through all of my clothes and separated them into keep/donate/trash. Feels good to get that done, now I just need to put everything back into an organized manner.
I wanted to get some yard work done today, but the weather was just not cooperating. We'll try to get some done tomorrow morning, but Mother's Day activities are going to cut that short. At the very least I'd like to clean out the coop and get the plants in the ground that I have. It is going to be another busy work week, so I likely won't have a chance otherwise.
