Concert Night

The programme of this concert wasn't really my cup of tea, but I went along:

a) to support D#1 who was singing in the choir;

b) to keep D#2 company in the audience; and

c) to revisit, out of interest after 50 years, the church where, as a pupil of the local secondary school, our end-of-term prize-giving services were held.

There was plenty time during the concert to appreciate the magnificent stained glass windows of the church, which I'm sure I didn't do all those years ago... and there were wine and nibbles afterwards, so I was glad I went!

PS   Mabel was a perfect house guest and was returned to Lulabel before the concert.
