A walk in the woods

I was out with the local walking group today on a walk around Kentisbeare. The weather was much nicer than anticipated and we had a delightful walk with the sun coming out at times and little breeze so it felt fairly warm.  We were invited by a farmer to walk over the freshly rotovated field rather than walk on the wet edges of the field.  We bought fresh asparagus from another farm and had discussions with a farmer who was polishing his collection of old cars, he also had a collection of eight old tractors.  A pleasant walk across fields, up into the woods at the top of a hill and along lanes with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
