Female Redwing Blackbird

This bird has been a regular visitor to our feeding stations. So has a male that is likely her mate. We've had a pair visit for a few weeks each year in the spring, then they go away. Perhaps she's nesting nearby and once the hatchlings are grown, they all take off to show the kids the ropes before they migrate south again.
