Blea Tarn

Weather set fair so we decided to drive into the Lakes for some photography - we couldn't remember the last time we set some time aside for this.

Had intended to go to Hodge Close but the road was closed so we pressed on and ended up at Blea Tarn - one of my most favourite places.  We were quite early and no-one was around.  Lovely light and quite still - and the reflections improved while we were there when the breeze dropped.  See extras.

The Lakes were well and truly showing off today.  Vibrant greens, blue skies and warm sunshine all around.
