A load of hot air

An early start this morning to drive over to Colmworth Golf Club where they were holding a Balloon Weekend. The balloons were due to fly last night but that was cancelled due to the wind, but conditions this morning were perfect. There were five balloons there, and it was interesting to watch them being unloaded, inflated and flown away. Apparently the one in the foreground was entirely home-made by the pilot, and there was another which simply had a single seat underneath rather than a basket. They are supposed to be flying again this evening and tomorrow but sadly, the weather is not looking promising. A good morning, and I was back home again before 8.00am!
