Sugar Sugar!

Even though we had a disturbed night we were keen to have a walk this morning, so we headed into town.

Boy, were we glad of our bodywarmers, it was really quite chilly in the wind...not a cha ce of anysunshine today.

We had to call into our GP Practise to complete some paperwork, before doing a little bit of shopping. We treated ourselves to a coffee and sandwich whilst we were out, walking back through the wooded area, where I snapped this dandelion, which I hope will do for Bikerbears fluffy flower Friday? ;-)

We had a light tea, toasted sourdough with mashed avocado topped with a poached egg, delicious!!

A lazy evening in front of the tv beckons :-)
