Charity Shop Find

I was really looking for more animals for the Flumlet to line up on the carpet but caught sight of this lovely jumper in my size and couldn't resist.
It appears to be handmade and bears the label 'Knitwear by Fay-Bel', so if you know who made it, tell them their skills are much appreciated.
