Mother's Day - Mexico

Every year on this day children in Mexico honor their mothers during El Día de la Madre. Of course, that means lots of flowers available for sale on the streets surrounding the mercado. Most of them are fresh, but I was more captivated by these corn husk versions. The background wall has recently been painted this deep blue, which I think made the flowers all the more vibrant, so vibrant in fact I had to adjust vibrance slider down slightly in during processing.
