Black Rock Sands

Gave the shed its annual clearout and took a heap of unwanted items to the refuse tip :
Rusty beach chairs and a trolly we used to take everything to the beach in.
Tiny wetsuits that won’t fit any of the grandchildren and are starting to perish.
Broken beach boards and toys.
A large parasol for the deck that we have replaced.
We put the remainder back and both felt pretty smug with the results!
We drove on to Porthmadog to do the shopping and then on to Black Rock Sands for a picnic in the car and a walk on the beach.
It’s an amazing expanse of sand with The Snowdonia National Park in the distance.
You can drive your car on the sand ( see extra for the speed limit) and we did this as it started to rain.
Now back in the caravan all cosy and snug.
