Ice
Our snowstorm on Wednesday turned in to pouring rain. Then the temperature dropped, freezing all the rain. While the roads are thankfully clear, most driveways and sidewalks are covered in thick ice, such as this.
In the hope that the forecast for tomorrow is correct, I thought I should capture some ice pictures before the temporary thaw.
In August, Bob decided that noisy birthday parties are not his style. Today, he reiterated this, by dragging me out of a birthday party with a live band (well, 2 guys with guitars). He refused to join the party until the music stopped and the cake was served. An employee at the art center gave Bob some clay to keep him occupied while he awaited the cake in the lobby. We have not encouraged this behavior, but it must be genetic, as James and I are the exact same way.
I just noticed that this is my 1 year blip anniversary, as there is now a 1 year ago thumbnail on the bottom right. How cool! Because I missed a some days here and there, 17 days to go until my 365th entry.
