Today was a busy day.  Spent most of the morning chasing Barclays up on miss-sold PPI (I queried on one that I always was annoyed about, mortgage protection from back in the 1990’s that would not have paid out when I needed it, and four came back that, three that had been hidden in ‘bank charges’).
 
The afternoon and evening was taken up with creosoting our sheds and some of the fence, so we did not sit down to dinner until nearly nine pm.  Excellently cooked by Mrs W Gressington Duck breasts with English asparagus.  Afterwards I just needed some cheese and biscuits, but the Edam just did not reach the spot.  When I was getting it I realised that I didn’t have a blip, so it did do something.
