Wisteria

After working from home I’ve walked into town for a chiropractor appointment. My shoulder is now much better so I don’t need to return for two months.

As I was in town I returned home via the full of character streets. Several of the houses were festooned with wisteria. It looked lovely.

As Kathryn and I are running a 5k in aid of Cancer Research we went out for a jog this evening. I haven’t run for years so I’m going to ache tomorrow.
