Donnerstag - Jeudi - Diardaoin

Well, Thursday has come and gone. Work was quite laid back, for once. Only two of us were in the office, so even with the phones and visitors it seemed less frenetic.

I cycled to and from work again, in sunshine, so that was fun.

Junior was in the house when I got home, so we had 10 minutes to catch up before he rushed away.

Dinner was good. Another simple, quick and easy thing, but super healthy too.

Like most Thursday evenings, the challenge now (20:30) is to stay awake until bedtime. Fortunately the ice hockey World Championships are now under way in Denmark, so I have lots of highlights clips to watch.  

Breakfast was a simple highlight too. Banana, celery, ginger, turmeric, basil, frozen raspberries and coconut water. After all that I wasn't hungry again until at least 10:30 11:00.
