Mossy Saxifrage

After some maintenance tasks in the greenhouse, I turned my attention to a patch of Bishops weed which has grown a little more every time I pass.  It is one of those weeds that spread through underground roots which have to be dug out.  And they go deep.  It felt really good when I pulled out a long run of root.  A bit like the feeling when stripping wallpaper and a great length comes off.  I am sure it will come back and I will be ready.

Meantime, the mossy saxifrage has come to life.
