WIDE ANGLE WEDNESDAY

This clematis has been in a pot in the corner of the garden for many years and has never done very much and has been threatened several times.  It has certainly never had as many blooms as this year - I just trained it along the fence and hoped for the best.

I think it helped - and with the sunlight dappling through onto the blue fence, it’s going to look even better in the next few days.

Mr. HCB continues to get up early and go out into the garden to work before the sun gets up too high - don’t even ask what time I got up today!

P.S.  Just noticed that the challenge for WAW is “Sun or Moon” - well there is a little bit of sunlight in this photograph - so I’m hoping that will suffice.
