Great Blue Heron

After a busy day at work, I had a busy evening doing chores. I finally got out around sunset. After the sun had set I finally spotted a great blue heron hunting on the lake shore. It was hard to get shots of him with the poor lighting and brush near the lake. Here is on the the better shots. I did get quite close to him before he flew off
