Fettes College in the blue

This cloud-skeined blue sky provided an interesting backdrop to Fettes College along the radiotherapy route this morning.

I had another disturbed night, waking every two hours due to thirst. This means that I am a still little under par, and may have something to do with feeling nauseous over the past few days, especially first thing in the morning. That said, I am determined to keep going during the daytime, and resisted the temptation of taking another nap this afternoon (but will probably be in bed by 8:30pm this evening!)

In other news our hall is now clear of goods to be delivered to the charity shop and we have the neatest, tidiest cupboard under the stairs in Edinburgh :-)

Oh, and I also listened on the BBC iPlayer to Stewart Lee's programme on the scariest of children's dramas from the 1970s: The children of the stones.

Exercise today: walking (17,997 steps); sit-ups, weights and stretches.
