Scotch Eggs

Apparently Fortnum and Mason supposedly invented them in 1738 - not that the ladies were interested in the history today, just the taste.
Managed to finish clearing up after a BBQ last night (which I meant to blip!) and then sort everything out to have our lunch outside today.
Dessert was strawberries and raspberries covered in mini marshmallows and ice cream.  I can recommend it.
