Rhubarb and Custard

The carpet people turned up at 4 p.m. and are cracking on with ripping up the old carpets and preparing to lay new ones. Apparently they’re going to finish the job in two days.

All I can think of is the fact I’ll have to be up early tomorrow to empty the cupboards of all the glass and help JJ shift the furniture. Before that we have to reassemble the bed and shift the chest of drawers and dressing table from the ensuite. Sigh!

I love the name of this little Nemesia.
