How bl__dy inconvenient!

My world has suddenly shrunk and will be dominated by these - ice packs, painkillers - for a few days. I sprained my ankle on Sunday, but carried on with the walk I was doing... possibly unwisely! I'm now stuck at home during the busiest time for surveying at Dancersend Nature Reserve. Feeling a bit sorry for myself, but at least should be able to catch up with 'office work'. I did get to see my first Duke of Burgundy of the year (extra photo) on the walk... so worth all the pain.
