Blossom

Went up to the allotment and put in a couple of hours toil - ah, the weeds have finally started growing along with the produce. Dandelions by the zillion! Picked a decent-sized crop of asparagus - yum. On my way home I kept stopping and gazing up through various trees, with beautiful new leaves on the copper beech and pink cherry blossom everywhere.

D arrived back in the evening and we had a couple of pints in the Carriers before treating ourselves to a fish supper.
