Spot the birdy.

This little fella (Snow Bunting) was hiding from the wind and the cold despite coming from a much cooler place.
A late booking, 11-30 pm Thursday night got us onto the night ferry across to the IOM for 6am Saturday morning. with nowhere open we drove up to the "Bungalow" under Snafell and and got our heads down for a couple of hours till the sun came up. A little chilly, minus 3 outside so up the mountain , getting there before the first train of the day with the staff on.
6 hills later I took the shot of the bird. I've seen them in the Cairngorms on many an occasion but never this far south, perhaps he just got blown off course.
