Pierogi
Backblip
Hanna and I ate pierogi nearly every day in Poland. Actually Hanna more so.
My aunt made these. There were 121 of them. Each hand made of course. Delicious freshly cooked and delicious fried later in the week, too.
Hanna learnt very quickly that pierogi ruskie is what she likes and managed to find them in every single menu without any help. They are stuffed with a mix of ricotta-ish cheese and mashed potatoes, seasoned with S&P. There are other kinds too, however ruskie pierogi are our favourites.
