"It's behind you!"

Bank Holiday Monday 7th May 2018 (2073)

After a quick tidy up it was time to travel over the Pennines, collect Mum, and then meet my brother and sister-in-law at Belton Woods Spa Hotel. This is their Christmas present to us, we like to spread it out! 

Late afternoon drinks on the balcony followed by my first ever try at racquetball. We play as a threesome, one against two. Although playing as the pair should be easier as you hit it less, my poor little brain was struggling to compute whose turn it was! It was great fun though and was followed by a quick swim. 

Once showered we met on the bar patio for pre dinner drinks. All of a sudden this balloon took off from the grounds behind the trees. I love how my family are looking at the photographer and the two behind are photographing the balloon. 

A wonderful meal followed and then the usual game of cards. A great Christmas so far!
