Finally got round to mod#1 on my Triumph.

I've never been a fan of the long  of the extended number plate holder that seems to be a design feature on most new bikes. I'm sure there's a reason for it - Euro4 or something - but they are downright ugly.

So I whipped it off and fitted an Evo-Tech tail tidy, which I think is a definite improvement. I then removed the pillion footpeg brackets and fitted blanking plates, also by Evo-Tech. I think it really tidies up the back end.
