Cowrie

Not sure how I managed to spot this teeny cowrie on a rocky beach but I did. I have never found one before and I thought they were exotic but apparently there are five kinds in Europe. According to my guide, this wee guy (spotted cowrie) is not found in the North Sea. I guess no-one told him!
