Joint effort

We needed a little bunting today so with a bit of effort we made some from a little kit.  It has pieces of map (france and germany l think mostly) which you fold onto a strong piece of string and it helped us celebrate our 30 years of marriage!!!  We have had a lovely quiet weekend in the sun doing not much to be honest.. thinking back to what we remember of the day itself.  The cherry blossom appeared just in time for our wedding photos and we had good weather.  As we chugged slowly up a long hill in the beautiful vetran car on the way to the reception my old car which l had sold a year before overtook us!!  It was a very happy day and many memories of family, friends and all our little bridesmaids and pages. .. many of whom are married with children of their own now!  
The past 3o years have flown by... two beautiful daughters and a good joint effort sees us where we are today.  (making bunting in the sun)
