RHODODENDRON FLOWER

This rhododendron is a bit hidden in our garden, but I discovered the lovely flowers in the late afternoon.
An early start for me, I wanted today paint the paintless bannisters along the steps outside. It was aneyesore for a long time.
First I had to cut away all the plants that were in the way, then sandpaper it, and I had to wait till they were in the shadow as it was bad for the paint to be in the sunshine.
After our walk to the sheep later in the afternoon I could finish it.
