The Rains Have Arrived!

Steve sent me this photo from Guangzhou. The tower is the Canton Tower (604m high). Doesn't it look as though it is holding up the clouds? The River in the foreground is the Zhujiang. If Steve took it just before he sent it then it's about 1830.
