Lower Manhattan and many other neighborhoods in the city are still in the dark in NYC. Click HERE for a view of a drive through Red Hook, Brooklyn. Many people over there had apartments flooded out by a 13 ft surge that flooded the streets. Most of the neighborhood is in the dark and the curbs are filled with peoples discarded belongings.
