Work was hot today. Thankfully I’d written my to-do list on Saturday so I knew how much I had to do (a lot!) and started early to get as much done as possible before we opened.

Spent my lunch break on the roof again; I was the only one up there this time and I so nearly fell asleep in the sun.

Graham met me when I finished and we went for ice creams by the harbour, then walked home so I could change and then back out for dinner and cider in the park. We had great fun watching a big group of people play Drunk Rounders, with a really cute dog who showed absolutely no interest in the ball except for at vital moments where it would run away with it and be chased by the whole fielding team.
