Thai Curry

I spent an enjoyable, though somewhat stressful, afternoon photographing food dishes for our friend's restaurant, El Murmullo. The enjoyable part was that we got to eat the food once shooting was complete. The stressful part was the limited lighting equipment I had at my disposal - my Canon flash and a collapsible reflector. I am certainly glad I was shooting digitally as I could see the effects of the light on the back of my camera and make adjustments on the fly. There were many adjustments, but I eventually got the results I was looking for like this shot of the Thai Curry that I enjoy so much.
