Blocked Gate

This is the gateway to the Kettilstoun Mains, an old quarry that was converted back to natural woodland a few years ago. Quite nice to take the dog for a runaround, with paths leading down to the river Avon heritage trail.
This rock is massive and plonked here, I assume, to stop it becoming a race track or a new traveller site.
There was talk of it maybe getting turned into a hotel and houses. Hope not. Anyway, GATE is my theme this week so this will have to do.
