A bit cooler up the mountain but still sunblock worthy!! This training session did hurt a wee bit around mile 13...feet all of a sudden got sore.

Home about 4pm and a chat with my sister....dads skin tag results have been returned. Nothing we didn’t already know but now we have some further considerations as Dad has requested no further tests and consultant would like to do further tests to see how far the cancer has spread....dad is adamant though, he says he doesn’t want to be messed with....anyways....HAPPY BANK HOLIDAY everyone in UK the hottest May one in how long?!
