Elvis

Meet Elvis. Elvis is a rather magnificent turkey. He lives just outside our village on a poultry farm with his four wives; Priscilla, Lisa Marie, Ella and Bella. I say wives but as far as I'm aware no formal ceremony has taken place so perhaps I should say 'partners'. We always buy our eggs there and having called in yesterday afternoon to find them sold out we had a walk down this morning to buy some; at least we know they were all laid in the last 24 hours!

While there we got taken inside a barn to see and pick up some of their one day old chicks. I've added an extra showing them; I haven't done strange things with the shot; they were all under a red heat lamp!
