Red and green

... specially for PaulaJ! We were discussing how camera sensors struggle with this combination -- I learned on a camera course to underexpose by at least half a stop to dial down the red. I actually desaturated the poppy a bit in Lightroom as well -- it was just too red!

It was good to have a quiet day at home; at least it was for me. S took B home, and then went to Labastide de Sérou to meet some ecologists who were having a conference while being protected from a crowd of demonstrating hunters and farmers by a couple of vanloads of riot police. They ended up meeting a delegation from the farmers. I was not impressed by the farmer who stated on the TV news that ecologists talking to each other in the Ariège was "a provocation".
