Homeward

Spent most of today assisting with and attending a choral concert. It was held at a small art gallery in the tiny settlement of Miranda which is on the shorebird coast about one hour south of Auckland. This is a world famous shorebird watching area but we didn't have time to visit the hides so will have to return another time. This was the view of the coast road home as the sun just dipped below the hills. Part of one of the lagoons can be seen on the right.
