At the footie

It was a full on Soccer Saturday. We were off to Tiverton for Leo’s match in the morning against Moors and Cully won 7-2. Then off to SJP in the afternoon for Exeter’s match and they won 1-0. In both matches there was a penalty save to enjoy.

It was boiling in the stadium and I was rather glad I had plastered on the sun cream to ward of lobster skin.

As Ian was Canada bound, we took along one of Leo’s mates and they had a fun afternoon out. They had hatched a sleepover plot whilst watching the footie so once we were home I pulled off a couple of mattresses and they bedded down on the living room floor so they could get in some fortnite on the big TV before snoozing away
